We support suitable owners NZ-wide through remote hosting systems. You keep local maintenance and urgent on-site contacts. Bring your cleaner and laundry company, or ask about our connections; we set your chosen providers up on the platform.

Your three routine invoices are Host Assist, cleaning and laundry. You pay each provider directly. Booking revenue goes to you under your platforms’ payout schedules after their fees, with 0% Happy Hideouts commission.

Onboarding starts at NZ$300 + GST for the first three hours. Physical call-outs are NZ$100 + GST each, subject to location and availability. Cleaning, laundry, repairs, supplies, platform charges and other third-party costs are separate.
