This statement covers enquiries made through the Happy Hideouts website. Happy Hideouts Limited receives enquiries at happyhideoutsnz@gmail.com.

Camper enquiries

Camper enquiries are received by Happy Hideouts Campers Limited at happyhideoutscampers@gmail.com. The camper form requires your name, email and question. You can optionally provide a phone number, preferred camper, travel dates and number of travellers. We use these details to answer your questions and discuss your trip. An enquiry does not make a booking.

The FormSubmit processing and email delivery described below also apply to camper enquiries. Contact Happy Hideouts Campers at the address above for access, corrections or privacy questions about camper enquiries.

Host Assist: what you share and why

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and service of interest. Phone number, property location and message are optional. We use these details to respond, assess whether our service suits your property and discuss next steps. Providing information is voluntary; without a contact address we cannot reply. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, property access codes or personal information about guests.

Where your enquiry goes

FormSubmit processes the form and emails it to our Gmail inbox. Its spam checks may use cookies and technical information. FormSubmit documents a 30-day submission archive; email copies are held separately. These service providers may process information outside New Zealand. Read FormSubmit’s privacy terms and Google’s privacy policy.

We use enquiry details for handling your request and any resulting service relationship, rather than automatically adding you to a marketing list. Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as needed for those purposes or applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices and rights

You can email us directly instead of using the form. To request access to or correction of your information, or raise a privacy concern, contact Tanya at the email address above. You can also ask us to delete information we no longer need. If a concern remains unresolved, you can contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Bookings and other websites

Property booking buttons take you to our Hostaway booking site. Camper buttons take you to Camplify. Those services handle the information you enter there under their own privacy terms. This statement does not replace those terms.
