Start with one inventory of your listings and rules. A connected setup is easier to review when every channel uses a consistent description of the same property.

Build your checklist

1. Record each listing, property name and account owner.
2. Compare guest capacity, beds, amenities and photographs across channels.
3. Write down minimum stays, arrival restrictions, cancellation terms and discounts.
4. Decide where each setting will be maintained and who can change it.
5. Check the guest-facing result on each channel after setup.

Do not assume every setting matches

Availability, prices, fees and promotions need separate checks. Treat an apparently connected calendar as one part of the review, not proof that the entire listing is correct.

Keep an exception process

Assign responsibility for discrepancies, cancellations and urgent guest issues. Keep screenshots and dates when reporting an issue, so the difference between the intended setting and the live result is clear.
