Fixed-fee hosting support: what is included

A fixed monthly fee makes the support charge predictable. It does not mean every property cost is included.

One complete Host Assist service

Complete Host Assist is $500 including GST per property per month. It covers channel, calendar and reservation management, dynamic pricing, scheduled guest information, guest messaging, AI-assisted workflows, cleaner coordination and ongoing system support.

Separate costs and responsibilities

Onboarding starts at $300 plus GST for the first three hours. Physical call-outs are $100 plus GST each, subject to location and availability. Cleaning, linen, supplies, repairs, trades, booking-channel fees, payment processing and other third-party costs remain payable by the owner. Any further scope or cost is agreed before work continues.

Agree the boundaries

Confirm how urgent issues will be escalated, who can attend the property and which decisions require owner approval. A clear handover matters as much as the price.
